House on the Hill

Just up on the hill, I can always see the toolshed. It puts the Master Farm on the map. Like a beacon she prevents me from gettin’ lost.

Amadou and I finally had our toolshed built at the Master Farm so we can now store tools and equipment on site. And we have a place to hide when the rain storms roll through. We’ve got a plethora of new tools so we can do lots of good earthworks. All the shed needs is a fancy paint job (and I’m leaving that for the volunteer who replaces me)!

Our masons, Demba and Adama, get to building!

This is where she’ll stand.

Amadou is the man. He made all the bricks himself.

When there was just a gate. Demba and Adama set the lines for the foundation.
